For your kind of work, the Pentax 67 system is one of the best anyway.

Mirror slap is less of a problem than it is made out to be. Mostly
with long lenses 300mm+ and poor technique. That being said, the 67II
has less mirror slap than the older bodies. Be sure to get MLU
(Mirror Lock Up) and use it when you can.

Most people use the TTL metering prism, but if you are going to use
the external meter, the Rigid hood (horizontals) and non-metering
prism are also good choices. The rigid hood has 100% coverage.
Personally, I had 67II's and used the AE prism. This is a beautiful
prism and I believe that it is a stop or two brighter than the older
models.

67 lenses are not small. There are almost no dogs in the lineup.
There are two zooms I believe, but they are quite big and slow. For
the FOV you are talking about, the latest version 55/4 is THE lens to
get. Along with that the new 75/2.8 is also great. I could never
find a used 75/2.8 so settled for the SMC version of the 75/4.5. This
is also a wonderful lens, just a bit slow.

MC> Aside from eBay and KEH - any recommendations on where to buy a setup?

Follow Ebay. People are dumping systems these days going for digital.
