I like it uncropped. Makes the buildings seem farther away - makes the foreground seem more isolated from downtown; that isolation adds to the surreal effect, IMHO.

Same thing with the stuff at the bottom - I like the distortion (not of the lens, but the wide angle), for the same reason as above.

But, that's just me...
