O noble eBay experts,
I have sold a lens - but as you will see the auction clearly stated that it was UK only - unless I was emailed first. In the event, the lens was won by an Italian bidder who even sent me a checkout for the winning bid plus �6 postage - which was specifically identified as Royal Mail Special Delivery - a UK only postage method.

I have emailed the winner, who included these lines in the ebay checkout:

Am I taking the right line or do you think I am too soft or too hard? Any advice gratefully received. First time it's happened to me. His feedback is not many, but seems good. There was a second-highest bidder, if I get no further reply, should I offer it to that using 'Second Chance Offer'. What action can I take??
