I keep hearing these bad things about UPS. They certainly aren't what they were, but in a case like this a customer complaint would have had the guy walking the streets looking for a job. And were just are no other jobs at that skill level that paid as well as UPS used to. I would guess that a lot of these problems started when UPS begin reducing their pay levels 20 years back. Nowadays it is just another job, instead of the best possible job they could get.

What irks me is these companies that will only ship UPS. I suspect that is because UPS gives them a big discount if they do 100% of their business with them.

Another fine example of the MBS mentality at work. Service is expensive, lip-service is cheap.
