Is it just me, or is anyone else struck by the irony that coincident with the discussions about the destitute population in San Francisco and elsewhere in the world, there's a parallel discussion thread going at PDLM on 'What gear is on your lust list'? Try imagining, sometime, how you might explain to someone who isn't sure where their next meal is coming from why you just have to have that expensive lens that specs the exact same focal length and f-stop range as the three other lenses already in your collection, but has 'better bokeh'.
