Joe, Minor correction - the AF360FGZ will only do P-TTL on bodies that support P-TTL. On other bodies it will do regular TTL. The MZ-S and *ist/*istD use P-TTL.
The way I work it, I use the 360 for daylight flash fill for my weddings and portraits because of the high speed flash synch and flash exposure compensation. For the receptions and such (lower light) I use AF400T's in regular TTL mode with some compensation.
