I've sold off most of my 35mm film gear to fund the *ist-D and 6x7 stuff. But, if you are planning to do any 35mm shooting, it makes sense to have a backup. Of course, you could sell the Mz-S and hang onto the Pz-1p as a backup.

Right now I have an Mz-S, Pz-1p, LX, and ME Super. The ME is an indulgence - it doesn't do anything that the others can't do, but it's just such a nice little camera I like using it. The other 3 bodies each offer something unique to the system.

My main concern right now is with 35mm film... I have dozens of rolls down in the freezer, but since the *ist-D arrived my 35mm film usage has dropped to nil. I can see using up the B&W rolls and my existing stock of Velvia and ISO 100 slide film. Less likely to be used is ISO 100 print film, but it will probably come in handy some day. But I have several rolls of ISO 200, 400, and 800 color print film that I honestly don't see ever using. I may just give it to family members who are still shooting film...
