Lovely shot, a nice apple with appealing lighting. I like the little

I can't see any purple here, maybe my monitor in the office can't
handle colors that dark properly. Turned brightness to max, I can
barely see your desk in some odd violet color.

Well, my cheap FA 28-90mm F3.5-5.6 produced some very sharp closeups
with a tripod (not wide open, but closed down). I'm not amazed by it,
but it's acceptable for 10x15cm prints (until I can't afford a better
one). But my tripod it's nowhere near yours<grin>
