For me, it depends on the intended usage. If the intention is to hang
a piece of art on the wall, then it really doesn't matter.
OTOH, if the intention is some sort of NEWS photograph, then any
manipulation calls the entire process of jounalistic integrity (if
any remains after the CNN invasion of Iraq) into question.
