They were sympathetic and suggested that I post a claim with the buyer protection programme. They asked simple things, though legwork was required to get a copy of the cheque and a report from a camera shop. They asked the seller his opinion and found in my favour. They withheld 15 pounds of my claim for administrative purposes and are now trying to put the money in my account (have failed once already). Meanwhile, I posted appropriate feedback for the seller. As per the advice from the list, with a few minutes to spare from the end of the 90-day period.
