if anybody is interested, i was in a shop today and saw a Pentacon SL with a Super Takumar 55/2 on it for $70. the lens looks in good condition and feels right. the body works fine from casual inspection but has quite noticeable wear marks on it. the shop owner says that it is in proper working condition. they also have an almost perfect condition Asahi Pentax right angle finder and case for $55. it won't fit my *istD or i would have bought it. i assume that it is the right angle finder for later screw mount and early K bodies. if you want to get in touch with the shop, let me know offline.
