The Aladdin kiosk that is connected to our Fuji 375 does have the ability for the customer to edit the images before saving. It's almost as good as PS Elements, except that what you see on the screen may not be exactly what comes out on the print. If the techs working in the lab are worth a damn, they'll gladly help out in getting the settings correct.
