Not to mention your body. This stuff will break up dirt, grease, and DNA
with equal abandon.  Be sure to wear gloves and work in a really well
ventilated area like a fume hood or even outside with  the TCE
downwind.

That's in the fumes, right?
Sure wouldn't want to expose the leather seat or other things to it!
Take all the oils and such out, and make it dry and brittle.

But, for grease and dirt, excellent!
