The only difference (but it makes DA 14 even more comfortable) is that focusing ring of DA 16-45 rotates during AF, while the one on DA 14 doesn't. So you can hold DA 14 by its focusing ring all the time and make corrections as soon as AF finishes, and on DA 16-45 you can touch focusing ring ONLY when AF finishes. Did I complicate it a little? ;-)
