I don't think it will show up on 4x6 prints. But it could be visible on 15x21cm and larger prints. I've seen many photos from DA 16-45 (which performs very close in CAs respect to DA 14) in various situations and CAs on most of them were neglible. And after all the photo from DA 14 shows one of these rare extremal situations. Otherwise it is all relatively easy to correct in software.
