I have 2 Osram SC18 SERVO (w. sensor) and one S18 SERVO (without sensor). Quite clever, since they have a built in clamp, which allows them to be attached to - let's say a door, a table etc. And I have a Phoenix 46x, which looks like a camera flash with a hot shoe mount. I know that some BRAUN hammer heads had a triggering cell too. And you can buy cells seperately, of cource. All the best
