The simple facts are not everyone is using digital, and not everyone using digital has Photo Shop. In fact one can set up a pretty nice darkroom for the price of a copy of Photo Shop.
The company that has been really hurt by digital cameras is Polaroid, but even they seem to be mucking along alright after some adjustments.
