I agree - it's worth looking for an ME S for that reason.  (There
are other differences, but that's the most significant one.)

The Super Program / Super A is a nice alternative, though not as
sleek as an ME Super, and just for that reason.  (And the Program
Plus / Program A is much less desirable for the lack of that
feature.)  I personally never use the extra "program" modes on these
bodies (above what the ME S provides), however.

I still think of the ME S as a "sexy" camera body, while the Super
Program is "clunky" in comparison.  TTL flash is nice, however...
