No.  But they amount to changes...

What I don't like, is the way that ratings are no
longer ascribed to those doing the rating.  There were
already enough weasels who took some amount of joy in
giving very low ratings to very good photos;  now they
can do it with impunity.

And, it goes both ways:  if someone rates a photo of
mine highly, I like to know who it is, you know, so I
can bribe them for next time <g>.

And, I guess that each individual photo page looks
cleaner now, but you've got to click the mouse one
more time to get the image info.

I'd think that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but
some web designer out there has to justify his
existence (and paycheque) with this redesign, I guess.
