So what? The pics are not heinous and do not show Earnhart personally, just
the sequence leading to the imact and afterward. Nothing unprofessional
here, that is what photograpners do...sell photographs. Would it have been
more professional if he had sold them to one of the supermarket tabloids,
i.e. a publication. I don't think so. IMHO, there is nothing wrong with
trying to sell the pics for the best possible return. NOW, if they were
smuggled autopsy pics, that would be unethical.
