Very true Tom. Which can be fun if you get tricky lighting situations
with mixed sources casting (say) horrible blue shadows or orange high
lights on faces!

To be honest I would prefer a colour finder. Any cameraman's nightmare is
a flower show. 'Just zoom in on that lovely little pink bloom, the one
that is plonk in the middle of 10,000 slightly purple blooms.....
