I don't think so. I believe its a start of a new era although it has nothing to do
with the LX in particular. The dwindling SLR sales have thankfully made Pentax'
desparate wish of making another Spotmatic seem less realistic. Hence, they look into
niche quality products. The Limited lenses and the MZ-S is only the start.
