ThumbsPlus 7 also auto-rotates, unfortunately the colour space (CS) information isn't embedded in the files though so even though the application is colour managed the only way you can see images shot in AdobeRGB CS correctly is to set the working CS to AdobeRGB which stuffs everything else without an embedded CS (which is generally assumed to be sRGB).
