Holy crap, Steve, that has to be the coolest lens I've ever seen!  Congrats.

Just looked it up in my faithful "Asahi Pentax Guide", and it (the lens, not
the book) weighs in at around 16 1/2 pounds!  No wonder it comes with a
tripod.  Does the lens case have little wheels on it so you can drag it around
airports?

I also notice that it has manual aperture.

Anyway, have fun with it.  It won't be too useful for architecture (unless
you're standing five miles from the building), but for the July open gallery,
hopefully we'll see a shot from it on PUG.
