Hi Frank!
I bought my house on a 5 year loan with "baloon" payment at the end.
Since the 5 yrs is up I have been working on a re-finance for the last 4
months! (DON'T get me started!)
Though the money didn't really fall in my lap, I got good enough terms to
borrow a bit xtra for work on the house and a couple other things.
D's are to be had for about $1000.00 US in exc+ used condition, I may be
able to swing one.
