I agree. On occasion.
When I was doing all film, mostly 35mm, I'd crop in the viewfinder, and/or use a zoom.
The usual shot was pretty much framed as I wanted it. A little extra on the outside, but not much.


With digital, I _thought_ my technique was about the same for capturing the image, but since I CAN crop easily, I more often do!
Very odd. Give me a tool and I'll use it! <g>


Oh well, I've been shooting film casually since the mid-40s. <g>
Now, I shoot more and have set film aside for the moment. It's a whole new world out there.
SO much to learn!
