Highlight the file, in the File Menu, click on 'Get Info' or press
Command (Apple key) + 'I' , and in the small window that opens it gives
you a choice of what to open the file with in the drop down menu. You can
also choose to open all files on your computer like the one you selected
as well, with whatever app you choose and it will apply to them.
