My initial impression is that it's a decent lens, particularly for the money. I also like having a 320 that is somewhat compact and inconspicuous. It's a good "just for fun" lens.
The biggie for me is that there is no CA apparent.
I can tolerate a slight lack of sharpness if there is no colour fringing......
