Okay, that may well be so, but...how do you account for the fact that 
_someone_ has been exporting Watney's Ale to the U.S. at LEAST until 2003?
I had several places where I could imbibe, until about 2 years ago.
After that, they couldn't get any.
1979 is 25 years ago!
Something else going on, if Watney's folded in 1979!
