FWIW it looks more like a fingerprint, on the right hald of the image only,
than a scratch, but then you've looked at the film itself.

I recall a similar scratching problem being discussed several years ago, but
I don't recall the solution.  I think the camera is worth fixing, but then
talk to the repair pro - he/she should have a better idea.
