The amount of money Soros pours into "developing" democracies (e.g. eastern europe, russia...) is nothing short of amazing. And it's pretty effective too (but it was pretty annoying for russian and ukrainian governments, enough to bring charges of espionage against his organization(s)).
Soros would have helped a door-knob if that was the only candidate agains neo-cons. Kerry was not much better, but the old guy didn't really have a choice.
