Yesterday I received a 20x30 print of a jpeg directly from the *istD without any photo editing, and I'm impressed.

Next time I will use Raw since I got the feeling some of the reflektions in my image look uncanningly like jpeg artefakts, but only on very close looks.

I mad this detail picture of the print:

In the print it's roundabout 3,5cm high, I tried to get the same height on the screen, but this of course depends on monitor size.

This detail is enlarged a lot:

Of course it looks mushy, but since it is only a few mm high it's well enough for me in print.

My opinion: if you stick your nose to the picture it will look mushy, like every print, but if you just want to look at it its just fine the way it is!

I cannot imagine how a 6MP file can do 20x30" print nicely without looking
fuzzy, but my PS skill is limited, so I am asking, "Has anyone actually done
that?"
