My maiden name was Blackstone... Remember the Blackstone gang?  THey used to 
call
and harrass my mother back in the late 60's I think.  My father was a distan't 
cousin of
the guy they named the hotel afterward -- or so Pop claimed. '
FOr a few years we lived on the south side -- I went to Bryn Mawr elementary 
for a bit.

I think the tenor of the times is contributing to this kind of thing -- I'm 
expecting a huge
turnout at Senn in Sept.
