Someone was looking for 645 stuff here not to long ago.They may contact you.

As far as dust on the ccd,some of the istD owners have complained,and i had a 
bad problem
with my 
D1 but so far not with the D2h.
Zooms actually inhance the problem if they are internal focus,as they tend to 
move air
around a lot 
more than primes.

When changing lenses on the D2h i place the body facing down and in as calm an 
area as
possible.
Carry a really good hand blower and use it frequently and you should be ok.
