Well, not that I have a CLUE what's wrong with your card, but if I were you I would certainly try to reformat it in the camera and see if that made a difference. If it doesn't, then call SanDisk. If you need to return it to them, you have to talk to them first. They have procedures for you to use to return disks. ERNR
