What do you deem a short trip? Anything that's short for me means that I take
only my two CF cards, 6GB in total, two sets of NiMH cells will well and truly
cover the these two cards. If I am likely to take more shots I bring my
portable drive which is powered by AA cells and can also act as a charger. My
flash light and flash gun also uses AA cells. Suffice to say I'm very happy
with my Sanyo NiMH cells though I do have a set of Li cells in my case as
standby but I'm not likely to ever need to use them.
