Fold the flaps back and put a heavy rubber band about them and the flash head to hold in place. Works pretty well especially if you have a flash with a remote sensor option.

A little white poster board for sides and to increase output, a simple way to mount the thing to a stand and I'm all set.
I have some nice round bowls with the same type of lid
(translucent white polyethylene)
that I'm going to make a smaller, portable field unit out of. Should just be able to cut a rectangular hole in the bottom
for the flash and Presto! :-)
