They tend to specifically disclaim any kind of warranty. Under NZ law I think this is pretty shaky... although I'm not sure how the Consumer Guarantees Act treats software.


Not that it matters... our Commerce Commission are not particularly effective, which is why broadband options here are few and expensive.
