Part of Starbucks' success is attributable to the environment. They provide 
plenty of comfortable chairs and tables, as well as a selection of newspapers. 
It's a nice place to spend an hour or two. When I was unemployed for 8 weeks 
this past summer, the Starbucks in the photo was my office. It was a place to 
go to get out of the house. I still enjoy stopping in there from time to time.
