Seriously, Starbuck's problem seems to be that they always over-roast
their beans, so their coffee is always bitter.  You can take the best
beans in the world, and if you burn them, they'll taste bad.

Yup. Over-roasting is exactly the probem.
and all Starbucks seem to be the same!
Well, they would be, wouldn't they... It's the company warehouse that ships out the beans. The franchisee brews what he's sent!
