I think I still have the original Philips data sheets around here
somewhere. At the time of the announcements I was working as a
Components Engineer at Harris RF Communications and one of my
responsibilities was optical sensors and CCDs for the company. I spoke
to the Philips rep about this product and got plenty of information
about it. Volume price (1000 pieces or more) was around $1000.00 -
another reason for the cancellation of the "MZ-D".
