I think the classes are more like "Hey windows user, we're gonna show you how Macs can save you time and make computing fun!"
I've faithfully used Macs since 1987, and there are some things that do elude common sense. Drag a disk to the garbage to eject it? In some ways, Mac OS X just brings a prettier user experience, not a better one. I see it as "evolutionary" and not "revolutionary". Neither Apple or Microsoft will bring that to the market.
