Provia 400F

Just wondering if anyone on the list has shot any Provia 400 F  and has any comments about the results?  The instructions with the box show push speeds up to 4800.  The Fuji rep I talked to yesterday stated the same speeds but had no examples for me to review.  I'm considering it for use in animal telephoto shots.
