I think that's a Ural or Dneipr outfit with proprietary forks. Maybe even homemade. You can put a chair on the MZ, too. I don't want to know how slow that would be. Good for winter, though.
LL forks are excellent. Much better than all but the most expensive teles for suspension, although they have a greater mass moment and therefore are not so good for quick-steering requirements. What throws most tele addicts is the complete lack of dive during braking. First time you use them, you are _certain_ that the brakes have failed. I love watching peoples' faces when that happens 8-)
