wrong, eyeballs and brains are quite unlike camera's filmplanes. Go look at the tops of some 3 story buildings from ground level with your eyes. now look thru the finder of a SLR with a 28mm lens. NOT EVEN CLOSE to natural view with SLR. A shift lens view is much closer to what the eye perceives. but not exactly the same either...
