Yashica T4 for the wife's purse.
+Your best Pentax 35mm body and 2 favorite lenses.
(preferably a fast 28/24/35mm and a faster 50mm as scenes are cramped)
+1.5 to 2 rolls of film per day. (more if the wife will also think to use the 
T4)

More equipment if the kids are older?!?
