Dave, I was at B&H today and I looked at toploaders for you. Most of the toploaders that have a belt loop looked to me like they'd be awkward to wear (just my opinion) but you might find that the Lowepro Off Trail 1 or Off Trail 2 work out for you. These have their own waist belts and detachable Sliplock lens cases. The Off Trail 2 is the bigger one and has a removable shoulder strap. The Off Trail 1 doesn't appear to have a place to attach a shoulder strap.
