Am I right that manual focus and auto focus differ only in the way the lens focusing ring is rotated? I think I am right :).
Then, why on Earth, Pentax reduced manual focus confirmation only to the center most AF sensor?
You know, I have some quite fine MF glass, the idea that I have to focus (sometimes for electronics to confirm) and re-compose really sucks. With MZ-6 that would be fine, taking into account its AF regions. With *istD it seems to be a great waste...
Am I nuts as usual?
