I wouldn't grumble at US$2.95 they do have a long shelf life apparently, I had one in a Super A that I got secondhand, lasted for ages but was never sure if it would damage the camera. Even the whopping �2.65 GBP isn't too outrageous, but I guess if you get them free it's a different matter ;) John
