I have no idea where it is, but I do know that mountain biking was more or less invented there in the '70's, by a bunch of hippies riding fat-tired cruisers down fire-roads on the side of mountains. Gradually they modified their bikes to develop what we know today as the mountain bike. Guys like Joe Breeze and Gary Fischer were among the pioneers, and both of them eventually started manufacturing for others, and their companies are among the industry leaders today.
